This is a referral website. It arranges free on-site measures and introduces enquiries to a licensed NSW builder who quotes and carries out renovation work under a separate contract with you. Nothing on this website is an offer to perform building work, and nothing on it creates a building contract.

Any price information published on this website, including the planning tiers on the cost page, is general guidance for budgeting only. It is not a quote, not an offer, and not a representation about what your job will cost.
A price for your job comes only from a written, itemised quote issued after an on-site measure. Where a quote is issued, the terms of that quote and of any resulting contract prevail over anything published here.
Information on this site
The renovation, construction, materials, climate, approval and regulatory information on this website is general in nature and published in good faith. It is not professional advice for your property.
Requirements change, and they vary by property. Before you act on anything here, confirm it with the relevant authority — Blue Mountains City Council for planning and approvals, NSW Fair Trading for licensing, contracts and home building compensation cover, and your own licensed builder, waterproofer, plumber or electrician for the technical detail of your job.
No guarantee of outcome
We do not warrant that any enquiry will result in a measure, a quote, an available start date, or work being carried out. Builder availability, scheduling, access and weather all affect what is possible.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to request work at the property. If you are not the owner, you confirm you have the owner's permission to arrange a measure.
