What we collect
When you call us or complete the enquiry form, we collect what you choose to give us. That is usually your name, phone number, email address, the town you are in and details about the room you want renovated. Calls may be logged or recorded so enquiries can be routed and followed up.
At a measure, photographs of the room and of the access route may be taken, and you may choose to share documents such as strata by-laws, a previous asbestos report or a building certificate.
We do not ask for bank details, identity documents or other sensitive information through this website, and we would rather you did not send them.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, arrange an on-site measure, prepare a quote and follow up afterwards. We do not use your details for unrelated purposes.
Who we share it with
This is a referral website. Your enquiry is passed to the licensed builder we work in partnership with, so they can contact you, measure the room and quote the work. Once you are dealing with the builder directly, they handle your information under their own privacy practices.
Where a job involves asbestos, relevant details may be shared with a licensed asbestos removalist. For a strata property, details may be shared with the strata manager with your consent. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to host this website, handle calls and manage enquiry forms. They process information on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept only as long as they are needed to respond and to meet any legal obligation, then deleted or de-identified.

Access, correction and complaints
