A referral service
Blue Mountains Bathroom Renovations is a referral website. We arrange a free on-site measure and introduce your enquiry to a licensed builder. We are not the builder, and we do not hold ourselves out as one.
Renovation work is carried out in partnership with Coastal Renovation Group, a licensed NSW builder. Licence and insurance details are provided on request — on the discovery call or whenever you ask. You can also verify a contractor licence yourself on the NSW Fair Trading register.
Your contract is with the builder
If you decide to proceed, the building contract is between you and the builder. Payment terms, the program, warranties and dispute resolution all sit in that contract. Read it before you sign it, and ask for anything you do not understand to be explained in writing.
Before paying a deposit, confirm that the licence is current and appropriate for the work, and that home building compensation cover is in place where the value of the work requires it.
Information is general
Everything published on this site about construction, materials, climate, condensation, waterproofing, asbestos, bushfire-prone land, approvals and regulation is general information, written in good faith for a general reader. It is not advice about your property.
Your house is specific. Its age, its framing, its floor construction, its drainage, its planning constraints and its hazard mapping are all particular to it, and only an inspection and the relevant authority can tell you what applies.

No reviews, ratings or claims
This is a new website. We publish no reviews, star ratings, project counts or years in business, because we have none we can substantiate and we are not prepared to invent them. We also do not publish the builder's licence number, ABN or ACN; those details are given on request and are checkable on the public register.
Materials
Engineered stone has been banned in Australia since 1 July 2024. It is not offered, specified or installed through this service in any form.
